Potter Mania!!
i have been waiting for this day july 13 for the past one month,hope you know why, because Harry potter and the order of phonix the fifth movie in the sequel is realesed today.i’m fortunate enough to get the ticket for the first day,and the first show.
going directly to the review of the movie, i think it is the best novie among the other previously released potter movies.The movie just like the other movies start with warner bros title followed by Harry potter and the order of phoenix, floated in the clouds with the mellifluous potter movie theme at the background by John Williams, who scored music for almost all Steven Speilberg movies right from jaws, Jurrasic park,Starwars upto Munich.
The movie starts with harry fighting with the Soul sucking dementors of the azkaban, in order to save his cousin Dursley he inadvertently uses The Petronas Charm, immediately he receives the letter from the ministry that he has been expelled.The movie continues and dumbledore saves potter from the conviction.later at school dumbledore appoints Dolores umbridge as the new defence against dark arts teacher.The charecter was nicely potrayed by Imelda Staunton.At first she talks very softly carefull in using kind and tender words before all childern of the school.In the class she abolishes the old methods of teaching and introduces only theoritical magic lessons.harry and granger go even to a extent of arguing agaist umbridge and potter gets detention and gets a new way of punishment of writting impositions with a quil which uses the users blood untill the feel of repentance is deeply sunk.there are lots of instances where she flaunts her phscho mentality to students..one of my favourite scenes in the movie is the students forming their own practical teaching lessons in the name of Dumbledore’s army, and harry potter teaches every one of the member patiently with dedication,all the actors in this movie showed their matured ways of behavior especially neville longbottom and harry potter.some how umbridge find this army and dumbledoor himself in order to save potter accepts the truth that he is the one who asked them to form the dumbledoors army.
the climax is what the whole movie is all about, the hall of the chambers of mysteries wher the prophesy is kept is vividly picturised,but you wont believe it , the whole hall is fully computer gaphics set. that too at the scene when all the prophesies plumment down we wont believe its a graphics. At the end of the movie there is two fights, one between the death eaters and the dumbledores army and another between the order of phoenix and the death eaters,during which Bellatrix lestrange uses the death spell and ultimately sirius black vanishes slowly (dies) the whole background music is stopped , there was a complete silence in both the movie and theatre, during which professor lupin consoles the weeping potter.then last but not the least lord Voldemort himself appears for a duel with potter,when dumbledore picks it from the potter agaisnt the lord.the computer graphics was great truely people cannot imagine these scenes while reading the book.ultimately jus like good old times good triumphs over evil ( temporarily), and the movie ends.

*Matured charecters of potter and his friends and the nuances with the early movies is a visible treat.
*romancing potter with cho chang.
*computer aided sets and picturisation.
*Dolores umbridge protrayal was perfect.
*sirius blacks caring looks and words.
* Last but not least Lord voldemort returns with a bang.
